The web version of our favorite periodical. Buyer's guide on line currently. |
| | Outdoor Review | |
A general (you guessed it) outdoor sports web site. A good deal of winter ski type information. |
| | Yunist | |
No ski stuff here. Yunist is the local Yonkers based Ukrainian folk dance ensemble and school. Good action photos. |
| | Brama | |
No ski stuff here either. Brama is our Ukrainian web hosting site with an abundance of "Ukrainian" related information. Highly reccommended. |
| | The Ukrainian Weekly | |
You may be surprised to learn that there are actualy a few other Ukrainian groups in the NYC area participating in winter sports. Two articles in The Ukrainian Weekly, No. 10, Sunday, March 10, 2002 describe races run by KLK, and a week long ski camp run by Plast. Look for the followig titles: Skiers, snowboarders compete at annual KLK races in upstate New York; and: Plast youths conquer challenges at winter mountaineering camp near Lake Placid by Andrew Olesnycky. |
